the staff was very attentive! the rooms were large. there was underground parking available for approximately 15 euros per night, but nearby, i found free street parking.
the breakfast area seemed small, and at busy times, there was a wait for a table.

I stayed here after a long day. The spacious room was so good. it was comfortable, really helping us feel at ease. the breakfast was delicious and the dinner service had a lovely atmosphere. underground parking felt secure. I appreciated it.
The safe wasn't functional, even after attempts to reset it? that was an inconvenience. For a hotel, with this rating, i expected it to work perfectly.

The room was very clean. That was acceptable.
The safe in my room was non-functional, despite trying to reset it myself. the ironing facilities were not available in the room. I had to request them at reception. the minibar lacked complimentary water, a standard feature i've come to expect.

I stayed in the suite. it was spacious and exceeded my expectations. the staff was helpful and accommodating. I found them possibly the best i've experienced in recent years.. the breakfast had a good variety, too.
i found that the windows lacked proper sound insulation. i could hear outside noises clearly from inside my room. the toilet didn't work as well as i expected, either.

I booked a room with a large double bed! though upon arrival, I found two smaller beds pushed together. The room included a safe, but unfortunately, it was non-functional despite my attempts to reset or operate it.

The staff was SO kind and helpful. The hotel provides all the services needed for a comfortable stay. The underground parking felt secure and I appreciated it MUCH. The location is also great, there are all kinds of stores and services nearby, also the bus stop is right next to the hotel!!!
I found some of the furniture looked a bit dated.
